GapCash Fall’23
For the Fall '23 GapCash campaign, I was tasked with redesigning the Home Page appearance and overall look and feel for the entire campaign. Unlike previous campaigns where we featured banners with the GapCash message, this time GapCash dominated the entire landing page. I revamped the aesthetics for both earners and non-earners emails, simplified the widgets and coupon banners, and provided style guides for our partners.
The combination of elevated photography and simplified design significantly increased customer interaction with the site and emails. Overall, GapCash greatly outperformed the previous round and last year, driven by strong visits and conversion rates. New creative strategy across all channels led to a 24% increase in click-through rate and a 105% increase in revenue per transaction.
